mySEAT + expands the functionalities of the Volkswagen Group's mySEAT web app.
Traffic reports, parking garages and roadside assistance can be used free of charge directly from mySEAT after downloading the extension.
If you are not yet using mySEAT, please visit www.seat.at or a Volkswagen Group car dealership.
Roadside assistance
Do you have a vehicle breakdown? Using the mySEAT+ app, you can submit a breakdown assistance request fully electronically directly to the emergency call center using an online form.
If you have had your last service due at one of our SEAT service partners, this service is free of charge.
Park safely and cheaply
With the mySEAT+ app, current data from more than 600 parking facilities throughout Austria can be accessed. Information is provided about tariffs, opening times, number of parking spaces and much more. The clear display allows you to easily and quickly compare prices and the exact location of the garages at the desired destination. Real-time occupancy figures are also available for the cities of Vienna and Salzburg - if available - and are marked in color on the map.
Traffic situation picture of the entire road network on your smartphone
The mySEAT+ app brings you information about traffic jams, construction sites and other traffic disruptions from all over Austria directly to your cell phone. This means you are always well informed, even when you are on the go. On the map you can immediately see where you can make good progress and which places you should avoid.
Information about motorways in cooperation with ASFINAG
In cooperation with ASFINAG, we can provide additional traffic flow data for the motorway and expressway network. By coloring the individual route sections (red, yellow, green), you can see at a glance where delays or traffic jams are to be expected.
Become a traffic jam detector yourself
Have you discovered a traffic jam, road damage, incorrect signage or other traffic problems? Simply tap the call sign icon in the Traffic app and report the problem to us. The experts at the information center will address your concerns immediately.
